The sardines (Sardina pilchardus) are caught and canned at peak freshness by Conserverie (cannery) Ferrigno, a family-run business on the Provençal coast. The addition of chorizo, made with seasoned pork, paprika, and aromatic herbs, adds warmth and depth, turning this simple tin into something truly special.
