Divin Vigneron low-alcohol Pinot Noir is produced in the Loire Valley, a region known for its cool climate and its ability to bring precision and freshness to red grape varieties. This low-alcohol red wine alternative is made using a dealcoholisation method designed to preserve the character of ripe Pinot Noir while keeping the profile balanced and expressive. 

A portion of the wine undergoes oak maturation before dealcoholisation, contributing to gentle spice, and savoury nuances. The use of a low-temperature extraction and aroma-preservation process supports the clarity of the fruit and maintains the structure that defines Pinot Noir. 

This cuvée opens with cherry aroma, lifted by subtle spices, balsamic tones and a well-integrated oak note. On the palate, it shows freshness and soft fullness, with well-defined, lively tannins that reflect the Loire’s cool-climate style. The result is a dry, low-alcohol red wine with depth and controlled structure.
