Famous for its foie gras, pâtés, and terrines, Maison Castaing was founded by Joseph Castaing in 1925 in the picturesque village of Coudures, south-west France. Joseph’s descendants run the company to this day, exporting the flavours of Landes region to gourmands all over the world.
